Born and raised amidst the lush fields of a farm in the picturesque Lowcountry region of South Carolina, Chef Cedric Frazier's culinary journey began under the tutelage of the incredible women in his family. From an early age, he absorbed the secrets of cooking and entertaining from his mother, Joann Martino Frazier (fondly known as Mommy), his grandmothers, Annie Florence Gaddis Frazier and Gertrude Murray Martino. Their wisdom and passion for food ignited a fire within him, setting him on a path of gastronomic greatness.

 

Enthusiastically embracing his culinary calling, Cedric embarked on a quest to refine his skills and expand his knowledge in the world of food and hospitality. He pursued formal education at Johnson and Wales University, where he honed his craft in Food and Beverage Management. Later, he further enriched his expertise by studying Events Management at George Washington University, preparing himself for the multifaceted world of culinary events.

 

Throughout his illustrious career, spanning over 25 years, Chef Cedric Frazier's passion for culinary excellence and his flair for hospitality have been recognized and sought after by many. As he journeyed across the globe, he not only explored diverse cuisines but also had the privilege of planning and serving delectable meals to a distinguished clientele. From celebrities to Heads of State, Supreme Court Justices, Senators, Government Officials, and Dignitaries, Chef Cedric's creations have graced tables at some of the most prestigious gatherings.
